Natural Family Planning
Avoid and/or Achieve a Pregnancy
 
Natural Family Planning, NFP, is a way of life by which a couple recognizes natural, biological signs of fertility and infertility. To avoid pregnancy the couple abstains from all sexual contact during the fertile time. To achieve pregnancy the couple engages in marital intercourse during the fertile time.

The National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Mass is always celebrated the third Sunday in October at the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral.
 
Print Schedules and Registration Information
Print Charts
Individual chart reviews are recommended for effective use of any NFP method. Chart reviews can be arranged by contacting an NFP teacher or the Archdiocesan coordinator.
 
Purchase NFP Video
 
Send $20 check or money order, payable to NFP, to the Natural Family Planning office.
 
An OB/GYN, Nurse Practitioner, and a parish priest along with seventeen couples share their professional and personal experiences with NFP on a two disk DVD addressing medical and moral aspects of NFP.
